Jasmeet Kaur is Head of Impacts and ESG at the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), where she leads the development of ESG resources, tools, and initiatives that enable companies to embed responsible business practices across the jewellery and watch supply chain. She has played a key role in developing RJC’s ESG Toolkit and advancing decarbonisation research within the sector, supporting members in navigating and implementing best practices in sustainability and reporting.
